4. Pricing & Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.
Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
5. Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping unless otherwise noted.
Shipping timelines are for production time, NOT transit time. Estimated delivery times are provided upon receipt of a shipping tracking notification and are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Piggy Pop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, theft, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Because most items are made to order and enter production quickly:

Address changes or corrections must be submitted within TWO hours of placing an order

Once an order enters production, address changes cannot be accepted

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because most items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size, model, or variant selection

Normal wear and tear
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
