Most Piggy Pop items are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you after an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Normal wear and tear

Minor color or placement variations due to printing processes or screen differences
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Address changes must be requested within the time window outlined in our Terms of Service and cannot be accepted once an order enters production.
Shipping Delays
Any delivery and/or production estimates are not guaranteed.
Piggy Pop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
