How long will my order take to arrive?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping transit time.
When a product has a different production window, it's posted in the shipping section on that product page.
Do shipping times vary during holidays?
Yes. Holiday season delivery times may vary due to higher order volume and carrier delays.
Will multiple items ship together?
If you order more than 1 of the EXACT same item, depending on the item, they will usually ship together. However, when you order different items -- even if they are very similar -- most likely they will ship separately. So, when ordering different items, expect separate deliveries, probably at different times.
You will receive tracking notices of each shipment. Once it's not only indicated as shipped, but also picked up by the carrier, you can start tracking its movement.
We are not responsible for porch pirates, so please keep an eye on your delivery.
