Piggy Pop offers free U.S. shipping on all items unless otherwise noted.

Piggy Pop currently ships only within the United States. International checkout is not available at this time. Interested in future international availability? Contact us and let us know where you’re located.

Most of our products are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production & Shipping Time

Most orders are produced within 2–8 business days, with 2-4 business days being typical, and each average time is noted on each product
Some products are made and shipped by our production partners outside the United States, including China. These items take approximately 10 days to a few weeks to arrive and may be delivered separately from other items in your order.

The product page indicates when an item is expected to ship from an overseas production partner.
Production times vary by product
Delivery estimate times are available once the item has shipped and has been picked up by the carrier. Delivery estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be:

Produced at different facilities
Shipped separately
Delivered at different times

There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Shipping Delays

Piggy Pop is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather events
Peak shipping periods
Circumstances beyond our control, such as theft

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes must be requested within a 12-our timeframe outlined in our Terms of Service and cannot be accepted once an order enters production.
