Piggy Pop offers free U.S. shipping on all items unless otherwise noted.

Most of our products are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production & Shipping Time

Most orders are produced within 2–8 business days, with 2-4 business days being typical, and each average time is noted on each product
Production times may vary by product
Delivery estimate times are available via once the item has shipped and been picked up by the carrier. Delivery estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be:

Produced at different facilities
Shipped separately
Delivered at different times

There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Shipping Delays

Piggy Pop is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather events
Peak shipping periods
Circumstances beyond our control, such as theft

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes must be requested within a 2-hour timeframe outlined in our Terms of Service and cannot be accepted once an order enters production.
