A simple setup that blends guinea pig art with everyday living.
There’s something really satisfying about bringing a little personality into everyday spaces—the places you see and use without even thinking about it.
This setup started with that idea.
I wanted something simple. Calm. A little magical, but still grounded enough to fit naturally into a bedroom. Not “theme-y.” Just… a quiet moment.
The Piece That Started It
The artwork is part of the Woodland Grace series—soft light, warm tones, and that gentle connection between human and piggy that just feels peaceful.
It’s the kind of image you don’t get tired of looking at. It doesn’t demand attention, but it rewards it.
That made it perfect for a bedside spot.
Turning It Into Something Functional
Instead of treating the art as something separate—like a wall piece—I wanted to integrate it into something useful.
That’s where the bin comes in. Simple, but it changes everything.
A simple grid cube setup turned into a functional bedside piece. It’s the kind of idea that feels obvious once you see it.
This is one of the storage bins that fit into the grid systems used in C&C setups. If you’re familiar with Cagetopia, you’ve probably seen these before. Same sizing, same idea—just used a little differently here.
By sliding the bin into a simple grid cube, it becomes a small table or nightstand:
-
sturdy
-
lightweight
-
easy to move
-
and a lot more interesting than a basic box
It’s one of those things that feels obvious once you see it.

The Setup
I kept everything else minimal on purpose.
A lamp for soft light.
A couple of books.
Nothing competing with the artwork.
The goal wasn’t to decorate the whole space—it was to create one small, finished moment.
Something that feels intentional, even if the rest of the room is still a work in progress.
Why This Works
What I like most about this kind of setup is that it doesn’t require a full room makeover.
It’s just one piece, used in a slightly different way, that changes how a space feels.
That’s really what Piggy Pop is about.
Not big, overwhelming changes. Just thoughtfully designed guinea pig pieces that bring a little joy into the spaces—and moments—you’re already living in.
