Production Time

Each item is made-to-order for you. Most items are printed and shipped out within 3-6 business days.

International orders can take 3-6 weeks from the shipping date to arrive.

We do not offer rush processing or expedited shipping.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Please confirm your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Once your order is in production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Also, please note that we are usually unable to include gift messages or gift wrapping. No price information is included with the item or package. For some products, we can include a message and they will be noted on that product.

If there is a product issue from our end, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

RETURNS

Please make sure of dimensions and sizes before you order. This item is made-to-order for you and therefore not returnable. If you have any issues with your item, please contact us immediately so that we rectify any problems.
